COS is focused on contributing to the reshaping of the fashion industry by shifting from a linear to a more circular way of working and empowering the people who make our work possible.

Our design ethos has always put timeless style and craftsmanship first. We focus on sourcing quality materials that include organic, recycled and regenerative, and creating solutions to extend the life of our products – beyond the point of purchase.

TODAY, 95% OF THE MATERIALS IN OUR COLLECTION ARE MORE SUSTAINABLY SOURCED OR RECYCLED.

PRODUCT

COS collections are built on a foundation of quality and lasting design. For our products, we focus on noble fibres and tactility, and every cloth is selected for its character, yarn count, fibre length, finish and durability. 

PEOPLE

We work with specialists across a range of different fields to embrace innovative and traditional processes and tap into expert knowledge. We strive for accountability and put people first, from long-standing supplier relationships to charity partnerships and collaborations.

PLANET

We are exploring ways to reduce our impact through how we make and package our products and how we build our stores. We have introduced recycled materials in our store interiors and architecture and packaging. We support our garment manufacturers to increase the use of renewable energy.


BUILDINGS

Our buildings are much more than simply a place to house our collections. They’re part of the COS experience. Whether it’s a flagship store or small pop-up, our in-house interior team consider every detail to bring you destinations of design.

Since our first store opened in London, we’ve taken COS to many places around the world. Our iconic buildings can now be seen in New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, Tokyo, Seoul and Paris – to name a few.

 

Our aim, together with the H&M Group, is to design interiors and construction materials so they can be reused, repaired or recycled by 2030.
